At La Riviera Suites, we aim to provide a smooth and comfortable stay experience. Please review our reservation guidelines below:
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 12:00 Noon
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
If these timings do not align with your travel plans, please inform us in advance. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Booking Modifications & Cancellations
- Guests are requested to inform us of any cancellation, amendment, or changes at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.

Identification Requirements
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and address proof at the time of check-in.
- Please note that PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity proof.
Payment Policy
- The credit/debit card used for booking must belong to one of the staying guests.
- The hotel reserves the right to verify payment details at the time of check-in.
Reservation Rights
La Riviera Suites reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation in cases of:
- Suspected fraudulent or inappropriate activity
- Booking errors or incorrect pricing
Dining Timings
- Breakfast Timing: 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- Requests outside these hours may be subject to additional charges.
