Cacellation & Refund Policy – La Riviera Suites
At La Riviera Suites, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be transparent and fair to all our guests.
General Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the check-in date (after 12:00 noon) will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff, which will be billed accordingly.
- No-show bookings will also be subject to a one-night retention charge.
Non-Refundable / Non-Amendable Bookings
Certain promotional or special rate bookings are:
- Non-cancellable
- Non-refundable
- Non-amendable
In such cases, the full amount paid at the time of booking will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Refund Process
Upon receiving a valid cancellation request from the guest (as per the applicable cancellation or no-show policy), La Riviera Suites will initiate the refund process promptly.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (credit/debit card or other payment methods used during booking).
- In most cases, the refunded amount will reflect in your account within the next billing cycle.
- However, depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take approximately 15–20 business days for the amount to be credited.
Room Reservations & Group Bookings
We recommend guests inform us in advance if there are any changes to their reservation.
- Any cancellation, amendment, or reduction in bookings should be made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
- For cancellations, no-shows, or amendments made within 30 days of arrival, the following retention charges will apply:
- Retention Charges
- (Number of rooms cancelled or no-shows) × (1 night) × (applicable daily room rate, including taxes)
- In case of early check-out, charges will apply for the originally booked duration, and unused nights will be billed accordingly.
