By making a reservation or staying at La Riviera Suites, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by all the policies, rules, and conditions outlined below.
1. General Information & Scope
La Riviera Suites operates a boutique hotel property situated at Plot No. 19, Brundavan Colony, Kavuri Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500081. These terms apply to all bookings made directly through our website, via telephone or email, walk-ins, and third-party Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
2. Check-in and Check-out Policies
- Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.
- Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Subject to room availability and may attract additional hourly or half-day tariff charges unless pre-confirmed in writing by hotel management.
- Mandatory Identification: As per Government of India regulations and local police directives, all adult guests (18 years and above) must present a valid government-approved original photo ID with proof of address upon check-in (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID). PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof. Foreign nationals must produce a valid passport and Indian visa.
3. Reservations & Payment Terms
- Tariffs & Taxes: Room tariffs displayed on our website or quoted over phone are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive or inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as stated during booking.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and cash (up to legal cash limits permitted under Indian financial regulations).
- Security Deposit: The hotel reserves the right to request a credit card authorization or refundable cash deposit at check-in to cover incidental expenses or damages.
4. Guest Conduct & Property Regulations
- Visitors Policy: To ensure safety and tranquility for all guests, non-resident visitors are permitted in guest rooms only between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM upon submitting valid government ID at the front desk. Overnight stay of unregistered visitors is strictly prohibited.
- Noise & Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests are requested to keep noise, televisions, and music to a respectful volume.
- Smoking & Prohibited Substances: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking zones. All rooms and indoor public areas are strictly non-smoking. Possession or use of illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate eviction and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
5. Damage, Loss, and Guest Property
- Damage to Hotel Property: Guests will be held financially liable for any damage caused to hotel fixtures, furnishings, linen, appliances, or infrastructure caused by intentional acts, negligence, or misuse.
- Valuables & Personal Belongings: Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure. The management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items left in guest rooms or public areas.
6. Right of Admission & Eviction
The hotel management reserves the right of admission and may refuse accommodation or evict any guest whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, poses a threat to hotel staff or other guests, or violates local laws, without obligation to refund paid amounts.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with stays or reservations at La Riviera Suites shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
